I had a very good experience at prime dental. I went in for a consultation and was given a treatment plan to suit my expectations. The lady at the desk was so friendly, polite and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my daughter with me The receptionist and dental nurse were both so amazing with her. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and prime dental and I would definitely recommend them.

I booked an appointment because my wisdom tooth was hurting too much. Dr Matin listened to all my worries, as in the past they suggested me not to do the extraction because the tooth was too close to the nerve. The doctor told me he felt confident doing it so I trusted him and it was the best choice I could make. Everything went smoothly and they also called me a couple of times to make sure I was feeling fine. I would 100% recommend this clinic!

I called today for an emergency appointment as one of my veneers came loose.. I was seen straight away and all sorted within half an hour. Great service and would highly recommend. The staff were all very accommodating and I left with a smile again. Thank you

Fantastic experience. Dr Matin was incredibly thorough and genuinely impressive. Everything was very data-driven, with clear photos and live video shown throughout the process, which made it easy to understand exactly what was going on. All of the information was also sent to my email for reference, which I really appreciated. Explanations were clear, detailed, and never rushed. I initially contacted Prime Dental while searching for periodontal laser treatment, and I’m so glad I did. I found a dental team that is professional, thorough, and genuinely reassuring — so much so that I’m more than happy to travel a couple of hours just to receive treatment here. My recent deep clean was a completely different experience from past treatments, where I used to panic after being numbed. Dr. Ali and his team handled everything with such care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated the follow-up service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease immediately. I under went a Dental consultation with Dr Ali Matin this morning. I cannot speak highly enough of the time taken, and the indepth explaination given to me of what my procedures will entail, and all of my options moving forward. I felt truely humbled to meet such a caring person as Dr Matin. I left the surgery highly confident knowing that my future Dental care is going to be in such good hands. I would like to thank both Dr Matin, and his Team for the outstanding service I recieved today. I am blown away!!!
